Here are the four factors interviewers rate you on:

1. Zeal

You need to appear for the interview with gusto and translate this into your body language. In addition, your enthusiasm should be evident from your initial cover letter all the way to the thank-you note. Employers want to hire someone who is passionate about the job, so show them that.

2. Communication Skills

Your knack for articulation can make a big difference to your chances of getting hired. Speak about your experiences and what skills you can offer in a lucid manner. Remember to ask relevant questions when given the opportunity.

Enunciate clearly while speaking. Apart from this, non-verbal cues such as body language and eye contact can contribute in convincing them of your enthusiasm. Remember, what you say only accounts for just 10% of effectual communication.

3. Technical Skills

The basic point of an interview is to determine whether you possess the necessary skills for the job. For this, do research on the position thoroughly, follow your employers on LinkedIn, know what the employers want and mull on what you can bring to the company. Use the Challenge-Action-Result storytelling technique to display your abilities for the candidacy.

4. Complete fitness for the position

Other than your skills and aptitude, your general demeanour also determines your fitness for the role. This is where your confidence level or a good sense of humour can work wonders. The right blend of confidence, how well you work with others, your genuineness tells the interviewer that not only are you a perfect fit for the position, but also for the culture of the company.
